Tony Caruso is a professional litigation paralegal out of the Niagara Region.  Tony owns and operates the legal firm of Caruso Legal Services Litigation Paralegal.  Areas of practice include civil law cases within the Small Claims Court and the Landlord Tenant Board as well as defence of charges including traffic tickets, various provincial offences such as Building Code Act, 1992 violations, and bylaws issues arising as charges under the Municipal Act, 2001, among others.

Tony is also well connected and often collaborates (where authorized and while maintaining confidentiality) within networks of experienced paralegals colleagues all dedicated to providing excellent service to clients as members of the overall public.  Tony takes time to carefully research each situation so to bring about the most effective opportunities and to ensure that each client receives the most successful outcome deserved within each legal matter.
