Court Agent Appearances

When you need a helping hand, Caruso Legal Services is experienced and available to assist in a variety of matters on behalf of out of town counsel or others that are temporarily overburdened and are simply needing a matter covered as extra help.  Agency appearance assistance is available for:

The Superior Court of Justice (Ontario) where appearances by paralegals are permitted including certain Criminal Code proceedings as well as for Small Claims Court, and perhaps other things;

The Ontario Court of Justice for certain Criminal Code and Provincial Offences proceedings;

The Landlord Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and other tribunals as agencies, boards, and commissions.
